Visa and Entry Information
Do you need a letter confirming your meeting registration/participation to help with your efforts to obtain a visa to attend the ICAR Conference? If so, we are happy to provide an invitation letter. Please note that you must be a paid registrant to receive a letter from ISAR and/or have submitted an abstract. This confirmation letter does not guarantee that you will receive a visa. We encourage our participants to confirm entry requirements to the Czech Republic and apply for visas as early as possible. Review your visa status now to determine if you need a visa or visa renewal and to find out how to schedule an interview appointment, if applicable. We encourage participants to apply for their visas as early as possible! If you need to apply for a visa and need to receive an early abstract decision, you must submit an abstract by December 5, 2025. |
