Visa and Entry Information
Do you need a letter confirming your meeting registration/participation to help with your efforts to obtain a visa to attend the ICAR Conference? If so, we are happy to provide an invitation letter. Please note that you must be a paid registrant to receive a letter from ISAR and/or have submitted an abstract. This confirmation letter does not guarantee that you will receive a visa. We encourage our foreign participants to apply for their visas as early as possible! If you need to apply for a visa and would like to receive early notification, you must submit an abstract by January 8, 2024. ISAR will send early notifications by January 16, 2024. Abstracts submitted after January 8th will be sent notifications on February 29th. Obtaining your visa may take several months for processing of your application and receipt of your visa. We encourage our foreign participants to confirm entry requirements to Australia and apply for their visas as early as possible.
