NEW REQUIREMENT FOR STUDENTS & POST-DOCS

Please have these documents ready to upload to verify your status. Your registration will not be finalized until these documents are received.

1) Support letter from Prof/Supervisor/PI 

2) Proof of eligible status (Students - Student ID, unofficial transcript, receipt, etc. / Post- Docs - copy of highest diploma or official doc. w/ date of highest degree completion)

CLOSING EVENT 

This year's closing event will be a fun filled evening at the TELUS Spark Science Center! The event will include an awards program, dinner, open bar, live music, dancing and the chance to ride Rosie the Robo-Coaster while we celebrate ISAR's 40th anniversary! 

Tickets are included in registration fees for students and post-doc registrants only. All other attendees who wish to attend will need to add a ticket during the registration process. 

Transportation will be provided between the Hotel Arts and the Science Center at the beginning and end of the evening. We hope you will join us and celebrate 40 years of ICAR!

GUEST REGISTRATIONS

• To add a guest to your registration, select the Guest Registration add-on when finishing your registration.
• The Guest fee includes access to: Welcome Reception, morning and afternoon breaks and the offsite Closing Event at the TELUS Spark Science Center 
• Guests are not permitted to attend the scientific sessions (oral and posters), so anyone wishing to attend ANY sessions must register and pay the full registration fee.

SCIENTIFIC INTEGRITY POLICY
Any and all information acquired from any presentation at ICAR2027 is privileged information and should not be shared or used without the express consent by the presenter. Any and all information saved in any attendee device for any purpose during the Conference is to be deleted at or before the end of ICAR2027 on Thursday, April 15th without exceptions.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Through March 1, 2027, cancellation in writing entitles the registrant to a refund minus a $100 administrative charge. Refunds may not be issued until after the Conference.
• All refunds will be paid in US Dollars.
• After March 1, 2027 no refunds will be issued, but registration may be transferred to another attendee.

PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY
By registering for this meeting, all attendees acknowledge that they may be photographed by Conference personnel while at events, and that those photos may be used for promotional purposes in Conference publications and websites, and on social media sites.

HOTEL INFORMATION
A block of rooms at Hotel Arts, where all conference sessions will be held, has been reserved for attendees at discounted rates. The official reservations link will be posted on the Venue and City Information page.
