• Recorded oral sessions, to include the plenary and ISAR awardee talks, available to all registered attendees on the virtual platform.
• Poster sessions for in-person attendees, and access to all posters via the virtual platform with online Q&A chat boards
• Numerous networking opportunities for onsite attendees, including the Women in Science Roundtable, Career Development Workshop,  PechaKucha Competition, and more!
• Access to all on-demand content through April 17, 2023.

GUEST REGISTRATIONS

• To add an Accompanying Person to your registration, select the "Guest" option when registering. (Guest registrations are available for in-person attendees only.)
• The Guest (Accompanying Person) fee includes access to:  Welcome Reception, morning and afternoon coffee/breaks and the Closing Dinner.
• Guests are not permitted to attend the scientific sessions (oral and posters).

SCIENTIFIC INTEGRITY POLICY

Any and all information acquired from any presentation at ICAR2023 is privileged information and should not be shared or used without the express consent by the presenter. Any and all information saved in any attendee device for any purpose during ICAR2023 is to be deleted at or before the end of ICAR2023 on Friday, March 17, 2023 without exceptions.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Through February 3, 2023, cancellation in writing entitles the registrant to a refund minus a $100 administrative charge. Refunds may not be issued until after the Conference.
• If you have registered as a Virtual attendee and you want to change your registration to an onsite attendee, you will not be charged the $100.00 fee. However, if you have registered as an onsite attendee and you want to change your registration to a virtual attendee, you will be charged the $100.00 fee.
  
• All refunds will be paid in US Dollars.
  
• After February 3, 2023, no refunds will be issued, but registration may be transferred to another attendee.

PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY

By registering for this meeting, all attendees acknowledge that they may be photographed by Conference personnel while at events, and that those photos may be used for promotional purposes in Conference publications and websites, and on social media sites.

HOTEL INFORMATION

ICAR will have a small block of rooms held at the Hotel Crowne Plaza Cite Internationale.  A link to book those rooms will be posted on the ICAR website. We will also post links and information for other area hotels for your convenience. More information coming soon at www.isar-icar.com.
