One-Day Pass –

  • A One-Day Pass can be purchased and used one-time for one-day only.
  • When registering, you must select the day that you plan to attend using the One-Day Pass.
  • If at a later time you need to change the day you plan to attend, you must contact the Conference Office at info@isaricar.com.

Accompanying Persons (Guests) –

  • The Accompanying Persons (Guests) fee includes access to:  Welcome Reception, morning and afternoon coffee/snack breaks and the Banquet Dinner.
  • NOTE:  If Accompanying Persons (Guests) plan to attend the Banquet Dinner, you MUST also purchase the Banquet Dinner Ticket.
  • Accompanying persons are not permitted to attend the scientific sessions (oral and posters).
  • Several tour options are available for accompanying guests and attendees.  Please refer to the hotel link on the ICAR website for details.  There will also be local representatives onsite to provide recommendations on things to do, restaurants, etc.

Banquet Dinner Ticket – NEW FOR 2018

  • If you plan to attend the Banquet, which includes the private guided tour in the authentic Port wine cellar followed by the reception, you must purchase a Banquet Dinner Ticket.
  • Accompanying Persons (Guests) may attend the Banquet, tour and reception as included in their fee but the Banquet Dinner Ticket must also be purchased.
  • Tickets may be purchased onsite but there will be limited availability so it is strongly encouraged to purchase your ticket ahead of time.
  • Each Banquet Dinner Ticket includes: transportation from select hotels to and from the venue, a cellar wine tour followed by reception, dinner and entertainment.

Cancellation Policy

  • Until May 10, 2018, cancellation in writing entitles the registrant to a refund minus a $200 administrative charge. No refunds will be issued until after the Conference.
  • All refunds will be paid in US Dollars.
  • After May 10, 2018, no refunds will be issued, but registration may be transferred.
