How can I view the abstracts that are being presented?
The Program & Abstracts Book will be available in the virtual platform and on the ISAR website under ISAR where it will be accessible to all ISAR members. You must be logged in as an ISAR member to view the Program & Abstracts Book on the website. All abstracts along with the program schedule and other conference details will be available in this file. All abstracts, speaker information and schedule information will also be available in the virtual platform. Where can I see the Program Schedule? The Program Schedule will be posted in the Program & Abstracts Book which will be available on Monday, March 13. However, you may view a detailed schedule that includes all invited and short oral presenters by clicking below. View Program Schedule When will live programming take place? All scheduled times for ICAR2023 programming are listed in Central European Time from March 13 through March 17, 2023. If you are unable to attend in-person, recordings of the live in-person sessions will be posted in the virtual platform for on-demand viewing within 24-48 hours following the live session. The schedule is also posted in the Program and Abstracts Book. Note that the Women in Science, Career Development and in-person Poster Sessions will not be recorded. What will the poster sessions look like? All posters, even those presented in-person in Lyon, will be available as electronic posters to be viewed on the virtual platform. All posters will also be available for Q&A through the virtual platform chat messaging associated with each poster. There will be no live Q&A for virtual posters. There will be two poster sessions onsite in Lyon for those attending in person. During the conference week (March 13-17), all presenters should check their messages on the virtual platform twice daily to address questions sent to them by fellow attendees. How do I access the virtual platform? All registered attendees will receive log-in details on Monday, March 13. The easiest way to access the platform is to click on the link you receive in your log-in details email. You will be prompted to enter your name and email. When will Conference presentations be available to view on the virtual platform? The invited and short oral presentations along with the Plenary lectures, ISAR awardee lectures, and PechaKucha Competition will be recorded and available for on-demand viewing 24-48 hours after the live session.
